Foreign trade salesman：

Job Responsibilities:

1.Grasp and understand market information and develop new customer sources;

2.Proficient in operating relevant foreign trade operation platforms, conducting customer development and follow-up, and negotiating orders with customers through email, social media and other online methods;

3.Keep in touch with new and old customers to enhance communication, understand customer needs, and develop orders;

4.After the customer places an order, follow up on the order delivery. Handle customer after-sales maintenance, follow-up documentary and other businesses.

5.Receive customer complaint information and pass the relevant information to the relevant departments of the company;

6.Track the production and finalization process of each business order, and collect the money recovered;

Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of foreign trade work experience;
2. Good interpersonal relationship, strong sense of innovation and pioneering spirit;
3. Careful, conscientious and responsible, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
4. CET-4 or above, proficient in computer operation skills.
