Chinese Clean Energy Brand ZEOLUFF Partners with European Developer Loemas to Advance Solar Carport Projects in Spain

ZEOLUFF has announced a strategic collaboration with European real estate development company Loemas la Siesta S.L. (Loemas Group) to launch a solar carport project in the Costa Blanca region of Alicante, Spain. The project will supply sustainable clean energy to premium residential developments and community spaces, serving as a regional benchmark for green energy deployment.

Loemas originated in The Hague, Netherlands, and has extensive experience in the European high-end residential market. The company specializes in premium property acquisition, architectural renovation, and sustainable community development. In Spain’s Costa Blanca region, Loemas applies rigorous Dutch engineering standards and innovative architectural concepts to enhance property value and living quality.

The project will integrate ZEOLUFF’s high-efficiency photovoltaic modules with an advanced Energy Management System (EMS), utilizing a solar-carport hybrid design to offer “parking + power generation” value. The system is pre-configured for future battery energy storage expansion, enabling smart energy scheduling and energy independence upgrades. Once operational, the system will deliver stable clean electricity, significantly reducing energy costs and improving local energy autonomy.

Considering the high-salt, high-humidity, and strong coastal wind conditions in the Costa Blanca region, the carport structure utilizes high-strength galvanized steel, double-layer anti-corrosion coatings, and stainless steel fasteners, achieving marine-grade corrosion resistance. The structure also meets strict local wind-load requirements, ensuring long-term durability and safety.

On the electrical side, the project integrates high-efficiency inverters, smart protection systems, and the ZEOLUFF EMS platform for power generation monitoring, load optimization, remote fault diagnostics, and peak-shaving energy strategies. The system reserves interfaces for future battery storage and EV charging stations, supporting potential development into a Community Energy Management System (CEMS) and sustainable smart-living network.

This project will serve as a scalable reference for large-residential and community-energy planning in Costa Blanca, contributing to zero-carbon building development, smart-community deployment, and distributed-energy autonomy, accelerating the region’s transition to clean energy.

Loemas emphasized that renewable energy will play a core role in its future development strategy and expressed plans to install ZEOLUFF solar and energy-storage systems across additional premium residential projects, advancing sustainable living concepts.
